The structure takes its name from the semi-hypogean church on the property, built before the year one thousand and dedicated to San Biagio, protector of the throat and agricultural activities, who was particularly venerated by the charcoal burners, who were numerous in this town in times past.

Through the large entrance surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and the scent of flowers, you enter a courtyard with an imposing staircase leading to the terraces and rooms on the first floor. A delightful patio with arcades and arches delimits an open space reserved for the guests of the rooms on the ground floor; a romantic tree-lined avenue then leads to a wood of majestic oaks.

Si organizzano percorsi didattici sul ciclo di trasformazione del latte di bufala e percorsi naturalistici tra il bosco e l’orto officinale.
